The Loons Can Learn scholarship has been renamed by the board of directors to become the Loons Can Learn Christian Paré scholarship in respect and appreciation to a friend and supporter of Loons Can Learn, Mr. Christian Paré.

Part Two: Additional Documents
- A written essay (in English or French) describing your reasons behind applying for a Loons Can Learn scholarship. You’re encouraged to write about your goals, ambitions, and interests relating to your future education and/or career(s) (approximately 300-600 words in length).
- A description of your financial needs (approximately 150-250 words).
- A detailed list and description of your activities and achievements over the last 3 years (for example: jobs, courses, awards, community involvement, clubs, volunteer work, certifications, etc). Please include start date/end dates, names of related organizations, as well as the number of hours per week.
